#46 Worn Shoe Lining? Fix It With An ENGO Patch And Double The Life Of Your Running Shoe!

– Hey, it’s Rebecca here with this week’s 60-second blister tip. This one’s not quite
so much about blisters. It’s more about the
longevity of your shoe, because a lot of people wear a hole in the back of their shoe,
where the back of their heel is. This is a really common thing. They end up having to
throw their shoes out well before they’re worn
out in any other way. I’m a big fan of Engo patches
and I use Engo patches for my blisters, but Engo patches are fabulous for this problem in itself because they’re like a patch and you stick it to the back of your shoe. If there’s a hole in the
back of the shoe already, just gather down all those
loose bits of material and stick the patch over
it and all of a sudden, you’ve turned a shoe
that’s ready for the bin into a shoe that’s gonna last another however many kilometers. It’s a really great thing
to have up your sleeve. (upbeat music)
